What To Expect
During our coaching sessions, I will provide you with tools to help you unravel childhood trauma, identify past wounded parts, and bring them back into wholeness and alignment with your adult self.
I will review these tools with you during sessions, and a dialog will occur on how the tools are being applied to real-life situations. Together, we will uncover what is underneath anxiety, depression, addiction, isolation, and shame so you can transform the wounded parts of yourself and live from a place of wholeness, as your true self.
The magical part is being able to finally take off the mask – whatever mask you are used to wearing – and have people see you for who you truly are. The magic is accepting the world as it truly is, without the need to change it or resist it, to stop feeling broken, and finally experience what peace actually feels like.

Transformational work is difficult yet rewarding. It will take effort on your part, and I promise, I will be right there with you. I will hold your hand and guide you through your journey.

One-On-One Coaching
It is up to you what you want to work on each session. You can pick a goal or direction for what it is you would like to work on.
I will focus on moving you towards that goal using an extensive tool box and trusting my intuition to lead us into a dance to move you through what’s keeping you stuck, self-doubt, stories and assumptions, limiting beliefs, and trauma.
We will work with tools like grounding, parts work, inner child work, chair work, trigger work, meditation, and many other techniques to guide you through healing into an empowered and trusting space of processing emotions and boundary building.
Sessions are 50 minutes long, in person in the North Denver Metro area of Colorado or virtually around the globe in the comfort of your own home.
Group Coaching
Together in a small group setting, ground rules will be established to create a safe space for honest and authentic conversations. These sessions will focus on goal setting, deepening awareness around key issues, taking action, and accountability. Group coaching sessions will provide community support and a place for peer connection.
Workshops and Live Events
An interactive and hands-on learning experience that will focus on self-awareness, feeling stuck, addictions, and personal growth. Together we will problem solve and create something tangible. These sessions can be held in-person or online.
Hiking and Interactive Groups
Transformative group hiking events will support you in feeling empowered physically while also aiding in your journey of self-discovery. Fitness and gut health techniques will be shared, which will contribute to a clearer mind and thoughts. Hiking coaching groups can be a great way to learn new skills and meet new people who share your interests.
